Support Group Facilitation

Our support group facilitation creates a steady, caring space where you do not have to carry everything alone. Each group is led by a licensed clinical social worker who gently guides conversation, maintains safety, and makes room for every voice-including the quiet ones.
Rather than unstructured venting, our groups follow a clear rhythm: grounding or mindfulness to arrive in the room, a brief teaching or reflection, and then guided sharing with time for questions and gentle feedback. This structure allows you to explore difficult topics-grief, trauma, parenting stress, anxiety, depression, life transitions-without feeling overwhelmed.
We set shared agreements together so you know what to expect: confidentiality, respect, no fixing or judging. When someone speaks, others listen with compassion instead of advice. Many people say the greatest relief is simply hearing, "me too" from someone who truly understands.
As facilitators, we weave in evidence‑based tools from approaches like CBT, DBT, ACT, and somatic work, so you leave with concrete practices-not just stories. You might learn how to pause before reacting, how to soothe your nervous system, or how to challenge a painful thought.
Groups are kept intentionally small so you can build real connection over time. You are always free to pass if you are not ready to share; your presence alone matters. Whether you are new to group support or returning after previous experiences, you will find a space that honors your pace, your culture, and your lived experience.
Support groups can stand on their own or complement individual therapy, offering a powerful reminder: you are not the only one, and healing grows in community.
